Join us for a workshop at McKee Seniors Recreation Centre. Many older adults are at-risk of experience adult abuse, neglect and self-neglect. The workshop teaches people to recognize warning signs of abuse of older adults and how to respond safely and supportively.

True to life scenarios are explored to facilitate McKee Workshops & Presentations discussion and to build skills. Join this in person presentation on topics that will include:

- Examples of the warning signs/risk factors of adult abuse and learning how to recognize them

- Discussions about ageism

- Skill building opportunities (how to respond safely/supportively and how to have conversations about suspected abuse)
